DIAMOND PASTES

Diamond paste is used to lap and polish all kinds of materials.

It is produced by mixing finest diamond powder with water or oil emulsion.

Areas of application are tool and mould construction, steel rollers, extrusion and moulding tools made of carbide and steel, measure and probe surfaces as well as structure cuts in metallography.

We offer a wide selection of diverse diamond grain sizes on water respectively oil base.

Scope of delivery: Disposable dosage syringe with choice of 5/10/20 or 50g content
Thinner: With acid-free oil, optional
Application We recommend the use of paste with a high concentration, because this ensures that the removal rate and the desired surface quality are in a balanced relationship.

On request we also supply water soluble diamond pastes.
